1. Who we are
Latoos ("Latoos", "we", "us") is a travel service that helps travellers plan and book trips — flights, hotels, apartments, packages, car rental and tours — primarily through WhatsApp. These Terms govern your use of our website and services. By using Latoos you agree to them.
2. Our service
We help you plan a trip and present offers sourced from third-party suppliers (airlines, hotels, bedbanks and other providers). When you accept an offer, we arrange the booking on your behalf. Latoos acts as an intermediary; the travel services themselves are provided by those suppliers and are subject to their terms.
3. Offers, prices and availability
Prices shown in an offer are based on live supplier availability at the time the offer is prepared and may change until a booking is confirmed and paid. An offer is not a confirmed booking. We will always show the key terms — what is and isn't included, and cancellation conditions — before you commit.
4. Payment
When you choose to book, you pay for the trip. Payment is by card and may be split into installments where available. A deposit may be required to hold a booking, with the balance due before departure. Payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.
5. Changes and cancellations
Changes and cancellations are governed by the terms of the specific supplier and by applicable consumer-protection law, including the Israeli Consumer Protection Law where it applies. See our Cancellation & Refunds policy for details.
6. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate traveller details, holding valid travel documents (passport, visas) with sufficient validity, and reviewing the terms of each booking. Latoos is not liable for denied boarding or entry resulting from invalid or expired documents.
7. Liability
Latoos is not the operating carrier or accommodation provider and is not liable for the acts, omissions, delays, cancellations or insolvency of suppliers. Our liability for our own services is limited to the amount of the service fee we charged, to the extent permitted by law. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
